This Payment and Refund Policy governs all services provided by McCurry, Steve Painting Contractor (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By hiring our painting and contracting services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

2. Services Offered

McCurry, Steve Painting Contractor provides residential and commercial painting services, including surface preparation, painting, finishing, and cleanup. All services are delivered professionally across the USA.

3. Service Scheduling

  • All service appointments are scheduled directly with our manager after order confirmation.
  • Clients must provide access to the property at the agreed date and time.
  • Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance; late changes may affect project timelines.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • Clients may request cancellations or changes only by contacting our manager directly.
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service are eligible for full refunds or credits as determined by the manager.
  • Partial refunds for later cancellations are evaluated case-by-case based on materials and labor committed.

5. Faulty Work or Materials

  • If the Company delivers work with proven defects or uses defective materials, we will repair or replace at no additional charge.
  • If repair or replacement is not feasible, a proportional refund or credit will be issued by our manager.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing service delivery, including acts of God or severe weather, appropriate remedies including full refunds or rescheduling will be determined directly with the client by our manager.

7. Refund Procedure

  1. Submit a refund or service concern request via email to duttonbarker@mcstevepaintco.com including your full name, service date, and description of the issue.
  2. Our manager will respond within 2 business days to provide instructions and resolve the matter.
  3. Any approved refunds or credits will be processed directly by the management team.

8. Promotions & Discounts

  • Discounted services, promotional offers, or bundled packages are subject to terms agreed upon with our manager.
  • Refunds for discounted services reflect the actual value paid as confirmed with the manager.
